The VX9 is a solid copper, lead-free 9mm built for law enforcement, military, and everyday defensive carry. It's machined from a solid copper billet with a hollow point nose and precision-cut slits down the body — no lead, no jacket to separate.
Here's how it works. Put a hard barrier in front of it — auto glass, sheet steel, a car door — and the nose folds in and drives through, holding together and keeping nearly all its weight. Hit soft tissue and it opens into petals, expanding its surface area to transfer energy where you want it. Same round, two behaviors, depending on what it hits. That's what "barrier-blind" means. See how we tested it.
Independently and FBI-protocol tested: about 16 inches of penetration in ballistic gel with controlled expansion, at roughly 1,270 fps from a Glock 17, measured 15 feet from the muzzle. Made in the USA.
This listing is the 50-round box.

After firing several boxes of 9MM VX Loaded Ammo through my P365X, I can confidently confirm that this load delivers on its promise of lighter recoil and improved accuracy. The VX load feels significantly softer than standard 124gr/147 FMJ rounds. I'm choosing VX for my carry.
Great customer service great ammo I’ll be buying a lot more specially as they get into more calibers and I see a 223 just came out Velocitas I need some thank you.
I haven't fired any of the new ammo yet, but I bought it because the design looked impressive, like it should function, fly and open as designed, with much less aerodynamic resistance than similarly intended rounds. I look forward to flinging a few down range!
My order was shipped in a timely manner and arrived on the day was promised. Arrived in excellent condition. Pray to God I never need to use them!. But if I do I know the stopping capacity of this type of round will do what its designed to do!.
I have not yet run any of this ammo but I have watched reviews and testing of the performance of this ammo in gel and velocity. It performed very well and that is why I ordered. It is priced well for the performance output.
