The VX308 is a 160-grain solid copper, lead-free hollow point for the .308 Winchester. Like the VX9 and VX223, it's machined from solid copper with a hollow point and slits cut into the nose.

Ballistic coefficient of record: G1 0.379, the average of the 5 shots that reached our fly-over target at 508 yards in one session, measured with an Oehler System 89 from an 18-inch rifle. Velocity: 2,789 fps, measured 10 ft from the muzzle. The hollow point costs some BC against our CX; if you want the flatter-flying bullet, the CX308 159 gr carries the higher number.

Made in the USA. 20-round box.
